We proudly use UPS as our shipping provider. UPS rates are calculated based on actual shipping costs determined by zip code and shipping product weights.

Our shopping cart is integrated with the UPS shipping cost server so you will know the cost of shipping before you are ever asked for billing information.

Please be sure to look at the shipping time of each product as personalized items take a bit longer to ship.

Also, please keep in mind that shipping time is different from delivery time. Shipping time refers to how soon we ship your item at that point the delivery time is based on the delivery method that you choose.

$4.99 SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $40
Pay just $4.99 Standard shipping on orders over $40. These flat rates mean you can add items to an order and not worry about adding shipping fees. Get what you really want and pay one price for the entire order! Standard and Priority flat fee applies to any order shipped in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Second Day Air and Overnight orders additional. $4.99 Flat-Rate Shipping offer applies only to select items.

Exclusions: The $4.99 shipping promotion does not apply to grills, smokers, BBQ wood, wood pellets and charcoal.

CANADIAN ORDERS
At this time we can only ship our BBQ branding irons to Canada. In order to place an order for them you'll need to visit www.SteakBrands.com to place Canadian orders.

PO BOXES
UPS has difficulty shipping to PO Boxes so please use a physical address when entering your shipping information. We will not be responsible for paying the reshipment of any packages returned due to UPS not delivering to a PO Box.

RETURNED OR UN-DELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways. Orders for larger items that must ship freight require the shipping company to contact the customer prior to delivery. If the product is returned because the freight company could not reach the customer, this will be considered a return, and the order will be subject to our regular return policies.

RUSH SHIPPING
We offer an option for rush orders on certain orders for a nominal fee. This fee is in addition to the shipping fee as the rush option guarantees only that we will have your order SHIPPED out the next business day, not delivered the next business day so be sure to choose a priority shipping method as well. 

UPS SHIPPING CHART
Below you'll find a UPS chart of the delivery time of ground packages from our facilities in Kansas City, MO. Please keep in mind that these aren't guaranteed so if there is a rush please select the shipping method accordingly. Also, UPS doesn't deliver on Saturday without selecting the 'Saturday Delivery' option nor do they deliver on Sunday at all so please take this into consideration when placing your order.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
* These are shipping times only, you must allow us time to make (if custom), pack and ship your item. Busy times such as Father's Day and Christmas can take as long as 5 business days to ship.
