Please be sure to look at the shipping time of each product as personalized items take a bit longer to ship.

Also, please keep in mind that shipping time is different from delivery time. Shipping time refers to how soon we ship your item at that point the delivery time is based on the delivery method that you choose.

At this time we can only ship our BBQ branding irons to Canada. In order to place an order for them you'll need to visit www.SteakBrands.com to place Canadian orders.

UPS has difficulty shipping to PO Boxes so please use a physical address when entering your shipping information. We will not be responsible for paying the reshipment of any packages returned due to UPS not delivering to a PO Box.

If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways. If an address correction is required after an order has shipped we will charge a $15 fee to change the delivery address.
