Please check your order immediately after receiving it. You have 30 calendar days after receiving your order to notify us of an issue with your order. We cannot accept returns after 30 days so please check your order carefully and notify us immediately if there is an issue.
We are unable to issue refunds on used or custom (ie. monogrammed, custom logo, laser etched) products.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Shipping cost will only be refunded if BBQ Fans Inc. made an error in shipping the product. If the product is being returned for replacement, additional shipping charges will apply. BBQ Fans Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns during transit.

After a return is received:
- BBQ Fans Inc. will issue a full credit, less shipping costs, within 7 days of receiving the return.
- BBQ Fans Inc. will ship replacement item/s within 3 business days upon receipt of the return.
- BBQ Fans Inc. suggests that if you have not received credit, please contact us or check with your credit card company.

Shipping time is the time that your order takes to leave our warehouse. Each item will show the shipping time. Personalized items generally take a bit longer to ship. Reference the product page for the exact shipping time.

During peak seasons it's possible that shipments will take an extra day or two to ship out. The holidays that can delay a shipment are primarily Christmas and Father's Day. Occasionally there will be a rush during Memorial Day weekend and the Independece Day holiday.

We guarantee orders to ship out in enough time to be delivered based on where the item is shipping to and USPS's posted transit times. At that point we're unable to control the transit time of UPS or the USPS based on heavy shipping times or inclement weather. If either of these occur, we're unable to provide a refund based on our guarantee.
For reasons due to large selections or size of products we sometimes have items shipped directly from the manufacturer. There is no additional cost to you if you happen to order multiple items. We will simply ship what we have in stock and the remainder of your order will ship directly from the warehouse.
